What is an athlete mentorship?

Athlete mentorship is a personalized partnership that supports the athlete’s unique journey. Guided by their own experiences, the mentor empowers the athlete to grow, overcome challenges, and reach their goals.

How does it work?

When you sign up for an athlete mentorship with me, we’ll collaborate closely for a minimum of three months. Our journey begins with a one-hour virtual meet-and-greet to define your goals for the mentorship. After that, we’ll have biweekly virtual check-ins, with each session tailored to your needs and driven by your aspirations. Throughout those in-between moments, I’ll provide you with individualized nutrition and performance resources to help bridge your current understanding with your goals. You will also have the option to maintain a food journal, which we can use collaboratively to track and measure your progress. As your mentor, I’m here to support and guide you every step of the way!

What all do you get?

  • 1hr initial meet-and-greet/check-in/establish goals

  • Bi-weekly 30 min virtual check-ins

  • Monthly individualized resources packets (nutrition and sport performance)​​

    • Nutrition example topics: training & competition fueling​, nutrition education, recipes, grocery lists, sample meal plans, etc.

    • ​​Sport performance example topics: champion mindset using visualization techniques, navigating through an injury, and competition preparedness.

  • Access to Practice Better- food, mood, & activity journal

  • On-demand access to mentor, response time within 24 hours.

  • Mentor welcomes collaboration between the athlete's support system including coaches, therapist, and parents.
