  • Those who are brand new to nutrition or looking for beginner-level guidance.

  • Anyone simply seeking a macro plan without deeper strategic support.

Sports Nutrition (Popular)

Personalized nutrition targets based on a comprehensive assessment—including calories and macros, as well as specific recommendations for fiber, key micronutrients, and supplements tailored to your individual needs.

  • Food, mood, and activity journal access.

  • 45 min introductory virtual call with goal setting.

  • Weekly check-ins through the app (daily for comp prep) + 30 min monthly virtual check-ins with renewal.

  • Sport nutrition education & counseling.  

  • Sport-specific nutrition coaching (includes nutrition support for competition prep and performance fueling).

 

Who This Is For:

  • Athletes working towards specific sport performance goals.

  • Those who want more structure, sports nutrition knowledge, and nutrition counseling-led support.

Personalized fueling & performance plan (recovery, sleep, supplements, mental performance tools).

  • 60 min introductory call with goal setting.

  • Bi-Weekly 30 min virtual check-ins. 

  • Daily check-ins through the app.

  • Personalized sport nutrition education resource packets, designed to support your nutrition AND performance plan. 

  • Collaboration with our sports professionals' network (sports pharmacist, registered dietitians, physical therapist, mental health counselors).

  • Serious athletes pursuing specific sport performance goals who value a holistic approach to the athlete experience.

  • Those seeking mentorship-based support, guided by the experience and insights of a 2x Olympian.

  • Athletes who benefit from higher frequency check-ins and on-demand access to a trusted mentor.

  • Downloadable Fueling Guide with a sample meal plan to distribute amongst your group.

  • It is encouraged to choose the price that aligns with your financial capacity, rather than solely opting for the lowest option, as this helps me cover expenses, supports the growth of my practice, and reflects the significant time spent curating the materials provided.

    • Standard rate: $500

    • 25% discount: $375
